The Challenge
Dankmeyer, Inc. faced immense Information Technology challenges, as a migration from a Unix environment to a VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure with Windows operating system left them high and dry. As the largest provider of orthoses and prostheses in the State of Maryland, their business relies heavily on their information technology to support their patient’s critical needs. Dankmeyer realized they lacked the capabilities and knowledge to fully utilize their new technology while staying in compliance with government regulations.
